The staff were so helpful and very welcome. Just before arriving, I experienced an unexpected issue about my parents, the staff professionally supported and help me a lot. The site is not far from Jordan MRT station, the nearest exit has an elevator, and walkable distance to MONG KOK and TSIM SA TSUI. The room was clean, spacious enough for a couple and well maintained , it’s in a good condition like in my previous stay( more than 8 years). The hotel also offer a complimentary set of snack and drinks in fridge in the room once per stay.

Location is right in the middle of Jordan area. Walking distance from 7/11 & MTR station. Hotel rooms are VERY spacious for HongKong standards. If you’re planning to use the MTR during your trip, this is the perfect location. Disneyland, Ocean Park, Ngong Ping may be far on the map but the MTR makes for an easy and fast travel. Big enough to have two large luggages open and still have space to walk around room. Stable Internet with hot & cold shower/bath!

Friendly and helpful front desk. Laundry were brought to room without requesting. Very thoughful gesture. Clean room, with new towels replaced and water bottle replenish. Excellent location with many eateries and small shops nearby. Easy to buy food and extra water...

Prime location; easy access to public transport and various eating outlets. Also very helpful and friendly staff who resolved some technical problems in the room even in the middle of the night. Thank you!

I made a mistake and booked this location instead of the Hollywood location where I always stay. So... it's a little unfair that I am not giving them 5 stars but I LOVE the Hollywood location. The staff is all fabulous and loving and makes you feel loved. The rooftop bar is AMAZING and Scarlet is a hero on the cocktail making.

Very great location, close to the MTR. staff was very helpful and able to converse very well in english. rooms were clean and spacious compared to many other hotels in hong kong. room service request was prompt. My room was actually very near the lift, it’s probably 3 step away, i worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t. so it’s great!

The bathroom and room size is very comfortable, water pressure is good for a warm shower. Near MTR and across the street are dozens of eateries. Bus stops are very convenient just outside the hotel for those who doesn’t want take the MTR. Overall is a good one week stay. A point to add, the room service staffs are very friendly and helpful, and I see they really change the bedsheet and pillow case when I popped to take something.

Good location. Minutes to station. Less than one hour to return to office. Same area with temple street and Jordon road. I could easilt find some good restaurants. I like the space and bathtub. Also, the lift requires key card to access. I was at 9th floor. There are six rooms. It feels safe. I stay there alone for a few days and felt alright. I stated for five days and there is no noise from next door. Hotel uses Raze. Felt safe during this period. Did not get infected Covid-19 after staying for five days.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When arrived we had issues with our app payment and they offered us cash to pay the taxi which was a great help. The room was spacious and clean. A bonus the first lot of the minibar was on the house.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel with helpful staff, our room was always nicely clean, and the hotel's location is excellent too. We had a great time there!
